At Alix of Bohemia, we want you to cherish your unique, handcrafted pieces; however, if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
